Some People Just Want to Watch the World Burn - Arcane S2 Trailer Live

Powder looks like she's both out of control and in control in this teaser for Season 2 of Arcane on Netflix. Bring it!

Netflix has finally given us a taste of Season 2 of the run-away animated success, Arcane.

Based on the League of Legends videogame, Arcane, proved one of the best adaptations from game to screen in recent times tthanks largely to a fairly open world the game barely explores and an animation style that easily rivals that of the Spider-Man stuff Sony is doing these days.

Here's the teaser:

This news poster has always seen this series as a Batman-Joker-like dichotemy, and based on the early evidence above, that seems to be the case. And we can't wait.

Powder and Vi might as well be TNT and a match based on what we've seen so far, and their complex relationship also looks to hold this new joint together. (We can't just have chaos and explosions every episode, right?) The new entry in what we hope will continue to not only grow, but maybe even influence other such adaptatiions to happen, will be up on Netflix in two months' time, so just watch the thing above on repeat and see what you can discern. For us, it's that the visuals and storytelling will go to another level.

Maybe it is time to start playing League of Legends... nah, not enough time in the day.

Right!!! I’m also super-pumped for the Blu-Ray release of S1 — been a minute since I ate up all the extra features on the old media :P
