Alien: Isolation is Set to Scare the Pants off you Again with its 10th Anniversary Soundtrack Release

Relive the terrifying hide and seek survival horror experience through its soundtrack, both digitally or in physical analogue form!

If you ever played Alien: Isolation you'll be quick to point out two things. One: it is easily the best adaptation of the IP in videogame form, ever. And two: it was arguably one of the scariest survival horror experiences going around at the time and as a caveat to that last bit, it has aged incredibly well, so if you never played it, go ahead and grab it. If you need a visual prod to do so, here's the OG launch trailer:

For the die hard Xenomorphiles out there, however, it's our duty to let you know that iam8bit.com is releasing two analogue versions of the Alien: Isolation soundtrack to celebrate the game's 10th Anniversary on both vinyl and cassette, in keeping with the game's retro-future aesthetic and setup. This is also in conjunction with original composers The Flight and Christian Henson, along with The Disney Music Group and is available for pre-order now via the link above. If you don't want to wait for the physical release, you can listen to it now on SpotifyApple Music and Amazon Music.

Additionally, the base game is currently $59.95 on the Xbox Store but you can grab Alien: Isolation - The Collection as well for an incredible $11.39 as it's currently sitting reduced by 85%. On Steam the base game is also reduced and is equally $11.39 while The Collection is $19.72, however, PlayStation players get the short end of the straw with The Collection sitting at $77.95, though the base game is $47.95. For Switch owners, the base game is the only option and is just $29.99. All prices here are in Australian dollarydoos.
