Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will Run Fine on Most PCs Out There!

It'll run fine on old PC hardware, but you'll want at least a GeForce RTX 3060 to bask in its shiny visuals!

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is out on October 25 for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. And thanks to Activision now being a part of Xbox, it’s also the first game in the franchise coming to Xbox and PC Game Pass on day one - which will include the game’s campaign, multiplayer, and zombies modes.

On the PC front, Activision has revealed the hardware requirements for the game. The good news is that if you have a PC or laptop that is less than a decade old, you’ll have no problem running the game, especially when this year’s entry is set to support AMD FSR 3.1 in addition to NVIDIA DLSS technologies.

PC gamers can access AMD’s upscaling and frame generation technology to boost performance. The PC version will also include over 500 options to tinker with, covering graphics, controls, and more -- with support for modern ultrawide displays and powerful gaming hardware.

If you want the game to look like it does in the trailer, you’d want to have at least a GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card, or if you're going to play at a super high frame rate in 4K or lots of multiplayer -- a GeForce RTX 3080 or RTX 4070.

Here’s the breakdown of the hardware requirements. Activision has also confirmed that pre-orders will be able to pre-load the game (and install all 102GB of Black Ops 6) from October 21.
