After coming to Diablo 4, DOOM: The Dark Ages is headed to Diablo Immortal
The collaboration between id Software’s DOOM: The Dark Ages and Diablo is set to continue as Blizzard has announced a new limited-time Slayer’s Reign crossover event set to kick off on April 17 in Diablo Immortal. Immortal is Blizzard’s successful mobile take on the franchise, which, like the mainline Diablo 4, continues to receive updates and new content.

Diablo 4 recently saw the arrival of its own DOOM: The Dark Ages crossover event in its latest season, offering players the chance to unlock Slayer-themed gear and cosmetics, including a new premium mount modeled after the giant mecha-dragon creatures you can ride in the latest DOOM.
As for DOOM: The Dark Ages and Diablo Immortal coming together, well, expect more hell meets hell goodies, including new gameplay, enemies, cosmetics, and even progression systems. Here’s the breakdown of what’s coming.
- Slayer’s Bane - A reimagining of Diablo Immortal’s Survivors Bane mode with DOOM’s signature aggression and momentum. Players wield Slayer‑inspired abilities and iconic weapons, including the Shield Saw, Dreadmace, and Super Shotgun, designed to reward relentless offense and crowd control.
- DOOM enemies storm Sanctuary - Imps roam the battlefield, and the towering Cyberdemon serves as the event’s ultimate boss encounter—reimagined within Diablo Immortal’s dark fantasy world.
- The Crucible, Legendary Gem - A new Legendary Gem inspired by DOOM lore. The gem enables devastating finishing effects and stacking damage bonuses, capturing the fantasy of the Slayer’s unstoppable fury inside Diablo Immortal’s progression systems.
- Cosmetics and collectibles - Earn DOOM-inspired weapon skins forged with Argent Energy, the Slayer’s iconic Praetor Armor, and new Familiars, including the Cacodemon and Serrat mount.
Also, a big shoutout to the art teams at Blizzard for creating a bunch of awesome DOOM x Diablo art that we'd love to hang on a wall.
